We do not know when it will be out in other regions but expect it to come out in your country soon enough. Nintendo: Japanese magazine posts the 25 most wanted video games!

A Japanese gaming magazine called Famistu has posted the 25 most wanted games of its readers.  As you can see by the list, many gamers in Japan are looking forward to some of the most highly anticipated 3DS and Wii titles such as Mario Kart 7, Monster Hunter 3G, and The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword.
